Shop policies

  • Shipping

    - Shipping is on Mondays and Tuesdays only, with the exception of Wednesdays if Next Day is selected. If you would like us to ship your order outside these days, please email us. It will be a risk after Wednesday, but ultimately up to you!

    - We do not ship if your temperature is under 30F or above 90F. We can hold your plant until it is safe for shipping.

    - We do have heat packs and insulation as add on’s to protect your plant from cold weather.

    - Please be aware Alocasia are delicate and sometimes will show stress from shipping: yellowing leaves, dropped leaves, drooping leaves, etc. Please review our care instructions to best acclimate your new baby.

  • Returns/Cancellations

    - We do not take returns. Please ensure you are serious about the plant you are purchasing. The photos on the website are accurate to the current plant condition.

    - Cancellations are not accepted, we can apply in store credit to a future purchase. This ensures that the listing stays available for a serious buyer and avoids merchant paying transaction fees.

    - Chargebacks through a bank is not acceptable. If a plant is delivered, and there is a problem, please contact us to resolve.

    ***Fraudulent charge backs will not be tolerated, and will be reported/prosecuted. It is stealing, and illegal.

  • Purchasing

    - We offer various forms of payment. We have opted into different forms of financing including PayPal pay over time to help you achieve your planty dreams!

    - We do not hold or reserve items in promise of purchasing, unfortunately. Please come back when you are ready to purchase. However, the plant may not be available.

    - By purchasing, you are agreeing to and honoring these policies. If you did not read these policies prior to purchasing, they still apply. These apply to protect myself and my plants.
